Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of CycloPilot (the iPhone app and the website), applications to, and participation in, test versions distributed, among other means, through TestFlight. CycloPilot is currently in a testing phase.
Who provides CycloPilot
CycloPilot is developed and offered by an independent developer in Chile. No company has been formed to operate it as of today. You can write to us at contact@cyclopilot.app.
Testing phase
CycloPilot is under development and in a testing phase. A test version may contain errors, change without notice, include incomplete features, or become temporarily unavailable. A feature present in a beta should not be assumed to appear in the same form in a future release.
Application, selection, and access
Applying does not guarantee access to CycloPilot. Applications may be reviewed progressively and participants may be added according to the needs of each testing stage. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended as testing needs change, for technical or safety reasons, or for use inconsistent with these terms.
Your account
You can sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and the activity carried out from your account.
Responsible use
Participants are responsible for staying attentive while riding, following traffic laws, and using CycloPilot in a manner consistent with safe cycling. Navigation, sensor, radar, event, or safety information is an aid and does not replace rider judgment or direct observation of the environment.
Live location and community
Some features may share your location and ride data with other people: with participants in group or spontaneous rides, with your network according to your privacy settings, and through the tracking links you choose to create. You are responsible for whom you share those links with. Use community features with respect for other people and do not use them to harass, deceive, or put third parties at risk.
Devices and connectivity
Some features depend on the phone, GPS, sensors, connectivity, third-party services, or external conditions. Availability and accuracy may vary.
Third-party services
CycloPilot uses third-party services, such as providers of authentication, infrastructure, maps, navigation, weather, and notifications. Their availability may vary and their use may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Feedback
If you choose to send comments, reports, or suggestions about the test, we may use them to evaluate and improve CycloPilot. You do not need to share information you consider confidential.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account from the app (Profile → Account → Delete my account) or by writing to contact@cyclopilot.app. The scope of deletion and the records that may be kept are described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Processing of personal information related to your application and use of CycloPilot is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
CycloPilot and these terms may evolve during the testing phase. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
